What a good post looks like

Make every post 1080 × 1350. That one size fills the feed on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

An example post with its margins and four parts marked
  1. A small gold labelTwo or three words that name the topic. All caps, spaced out.
  2. One headline, ten words or fewerInter Bold, big, lined up on the left. Gold goes on the one word that matters most, and nowhere else.
  3. One supporting lineTwo lines at most. If it needs more, it belongs in the caption.
  4. Logo bottom left, every timeThe white logo on navy, the navy logo on light gray. The website or "Link in bio" sits on the right.
  5. Keep everything inside the dashed line. Instagram's profile grid trims the edges of every post.
One idea per post

If it needs a second idea, make it a carousel.

Big enough to read at arm's length

Font size 26 or bigger on a 1080 × 1350 design, and 90 or bigger for headlines. Those are the numbers in Canva's font size box.

Lots of empty space

Empty navy is what makes the post look expensive. Don't fill it.

Photos

Team headshots first. Stock or AI images are fine for scenes and backgrounds, as long as nobody in one is presented as a client or as someone on the team.

Icons only when they point at something

A date, a time, a place. Simple line icons in gold, all the same style.

Carousels

The first slide makes the promise. One point per slide, slide numbers top right, "Swipe" bottom right.

Examples

The wording on these examples is only there to show the layout. Real post copy still gets reviewed before it goes out.
